Our terms
Prices & stay
Prices are per night and apartment. The minimum stay is at least 3 nights for 2 guests, depending on the season. Each additional person: €15–20 per night. Children up to 2 years stay free.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is € 2.70 per person and day. Children under 14 are exempt from the tourist tax.

Südtirol Guest Pass
As guests at Sirena Carezza Apartments you receive the Südtirol Guest Pass – with it you can use public transport in the Eggental (Val d'Ega) and throughout South Tyrol throughout your entire stay free of charge and without restrictions. A sustainable and relaxed way to experience the Dolomites entirely without a car.

- Regional & regional express trains throughout South Tyrol up to Trento
- Town, city, regional & ski buses
- Selected cable cars (incl. the Ritten/Renon cable car)
Not included
- Long-distance trains (Railjet, Eurocity, Frecciarossa, Italo …)
- Nightliners & alpine lines (e.g. Seiser Alm/Alpe di Siusi shuttle)
- Carrying bicycles & animals (a separate ticket is required)
Valid from 00:00 on the day of arrival until 23:59 on the day of departure – also usable for your journey to and from Carezza.
Digital on your smartphone: the Guest Pass can be requested from us even before your arrival.

Check-in from 2:00 pm (earlier on request). Check-out by 9:30 am.
Reservation & payment
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Payment options: cash, advance bank transfer or bank transfer on arrival. Credit cards are not accepted.
Pets
Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. Please note that dogs are only permitted in the 'Karersee' apartment. We charge 20 Euro per day – food not included.
Smoking & other
Please do not smoke in the apartments. A washing machine is available to you for a surcharge. In the event of early departure we charge for the booked days.
Cancellation terms
There is no right of withdrawal under consumer protection law; however, we grant the following cancellation conditions:
Any cancellation costs will be offset against the deposit already paid.
Cancellation protection
To save costs and protect yourself, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. We recommend the Europäische Reiseversicherung.

From when is check-in possible?

How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is €2.70 per person per day for guests aged 14 and over.
What are the cancellation terms?
Up to 3 months before arrival the deposit is retained. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival 50% of the travel price applies. Within the last 4 weeks or in case of early departure 100% of the booking price applies.
What is the Südtirol Guest Pass?
As guests at Sirena Carezza Apartments you receive the Südtirol Guest Pass, which lets you use public transport throughout the Eggental valley and all of South Tyrol free of charge for your entire stay.
How far is the Carezza ski area?
The Carezza ski area is right on your doorstep. Sirena Carezza Apartments are located in Carezza (Karersee), directly at the foot of the ski slopes.
Getting here
From the Brenner motorway (A22) take the Bolzano North exit. Follow the signs to the Eggental (Val d'Ega) (SS241). After about 20 minutes you reach Carezza. Sirena Carezza Apartments are set in a peaceful location right at Lake Carezza. Thanks to the central location, the bus stop, shops, restaurants, ski and bike rental and the start of numerous hiking routes are all just a few minutes away on foot.
