Information notice within the meaning of the Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003 „Data Protection Code"

Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, we INFORM you that Anita Pardeller processes the personal data of customers and suppliers, as well as of persons who voluntarily provide us with their personal details (by telephone or e-mail).

The company guarantees, within the limits set by law, that the processing of personal data is carried out with regard to the fundamental rights and freedoms and the dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to the protection of personal data.

Aims and purposes of the data processing

  • Fulfilment of legal obligations, obligations arising from regulations, Community standards as well as civil and tax laws
  • Fulfilment of any contractual obligations towards the data subject
  • Performance of activities connected with the management of our apartments, such as the compilation of internal statistics, invoicing and the management of customer/supplier accounting
  • Commercial purposes such as the sending of business information and advertising material (by post and e-mail), marketing and market research
  • Protection of receivables and management of liabilities.

Disclosure of data

In relation to the purposes indicated above, your personal data may, where necessary, be disclosed:

  • to public administrations and authorities, where required by law
  • to credit institutions with which our company maintains business relationships for the management of receivables/liabilities and for financing intermediation
  • to all those natural and/or legal, public and/or private persons (legal, administrative and tax consultancy firms, courts, chambers of commerce, etc.) where the disclosure proves necessary or useful for carrying out our activities, as well as in the manner indicated above and for the relevant purposes

Dissemination

The personal data processed are not subject to any dissemination.

Methods of data processing

The data processing may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic means, in any case automatic, and includes all the operations provided for in Art. 4, paragraph 1, letter „a" of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 and necessary for the relevant processing. In any case, the data processing is carried out in compliance with all security measures that guarantee its security and confidentiality.

Rights of the data subject

Data protection law grants data subjects the possibility of exercising certain rights pursuant to Art. 7. In particular, they have the right to know what personal data the owner holds about them and to obtain information on whether data concerning them exists, even if not yet recorded, and to receive in comprehensible form further details about this data, its origin and the reason and purpose of its processing. The data subject also has the right to request the updating, rectification or supplementation of the data, its deletion, its transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of unlawfully processed data, as well as to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to its processing.

Data controller

The data controller is Anita Pardeller, Sirena Carezza Apartments, with registered office at Albert Wachtler Weg 2, I-39056 Carezza, South Tyrol. The controller reserves the right to make changes or additions to this information notice at any time, in particular in the event of legislative changes or new regulations in this regard.

Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the guest is issued the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (hereinafter Guest Pass) which, in accordance with resolution No. 732/2022 of the South Tyrolean provincial government, is valid for the entire duration of the stay, from 0:00 on the day of arrival until 24:00 on the day of departure. The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the Südtirolmobil network area as well as additional services which vary from one tourism organisation to another. Detailed information can be found at suedtirol-guestpass.info.

Purpose: The personal data transmitted is forwarded to the central coordination office of the Guest Pass in order to enable the creation and use of the Guest Pass and to provide the associated services.

Recipients: In connection with the issuing of the Guest Pass, your data is transmitted to the Mobility Consortium with VAT No. 02735170215 which, as guest card provider and central coordination office, holds the role of autonomous data controller in the processing of the transmitted data. Legal basis: The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR.

AI chat assistant

An optional chat assistant is available on this website to answer questions about our apartments, prices and the region. The chat only starts after you have confirmed the notice in the chat window; its use is voluntary.

Your chat messages are transmitted to an AI service (OpenAI, via the infrastructure of our hosting provider) to generate the reply; this may involve a transfer to the USA. We do not store chat messages permanently — the chat history remains only in your browser and is deleted when you leave the page.

Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat. The legal basis for the processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR; the assistant's answers are generated automatically and provided without guarantee.
